This class is for experienced beginners (between beginner and intermediate). Routines are 32 count, 48 count or 64 count. Dances are set to music and may include turns, multiple tags and secondary upper body movements.

Closed toe shoes required. (No flip flops or heels)

We encourage you to bring your own water bottle.
