    Designed to improve balance, flexibility and muscle tone, Rev + Flow is a high intensity-low impact class. No running, jumping, and pounding of joints is involved. Come enjoy fitness moves, floor exercises with or without weights. Please bring your own yoga mat!

  3. 30/30 HIIT & Strength

    This unique format is designed to get your heart racing! The first 30 minutes of class will go through a series of high intensity interval segments using your entire body. It's guaranteed to mkae you sweat and get your heart pumping. The effects of this class continue to work for hours after this workout is done! The last 30 minutes will target specific muscle groups using small hand weights, floor work and stretches designed to improve your overall performance and balance. This class can be modified to fit all fitness levels.
