CHANGES TO INSPECTIONS EFFECTIVE AUGUST 2020
The City of Pelham’s Building Department will conduct inspections on the following days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
The inspections will be performed during the hours of 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM - 3:30 PM . Once the inspector arrives at your location for inspection please continue to practice social distancing and stay 6 ft from the inspector if you see him on the job site. As always, the inspector will call you at the number provided when setting up the inspection if there are any concerns or deficiencies.

REVISED BUILDING PLAN SUBMITTALS
All building plan submittals will be handled in the lobby of the Pelham Water Works building, 3111 Cummings Street. Please make sure you include all required documents.

Food Trucks
On May 4, 2015, the Pelham City Council passed Ordinance Number 288-09 allowing licensed Food Trucks to operate in the City of Pelham.

MS4 Stormwater Program
The City of Pelham’s Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) is required, under the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), to eliminate the discharge of storm water pollutants from the MS4 to the maximum extent practicable.
